The management of the Society is performed by a Management Committee in London which meets every two weeks and is composed of both French and British lawyers. There are Committees in Edinburgh and in Paris to coordinate the activities of the Society in Scotland and France. A network of regional correspondents has been established in France and the United Kingdom. The Society has offices in London and uses the services of an Administrator.
